What is this new service?
Order anything from anywhere in the US online and have it sent to our LA warehouse where the team will remail it to Japan for you at a great rate and really quickly. The chart below shows our rates for shipping and handling.

Email a copy of your order confirmation to
so we know what's coming, and when. Include your name, address and phone number in the email so we know where to send it.
Then fax your credit card number and expiration date to (+1) 310-515-8300.
We will charge you a handling fee based on the number of vendors you are ordering from, plus whatever the air shipping cost is. If there are any duties or taxes they will be collected from you by the delivery company. The flat fees are:
1 Vendor = $15
2-4 Vendors = $20
5-9 Vendors = $25
10+ Vendors = $30
(We needed to change this rate structure due to the added complexity and work involved with shipments coming in from many different places, at different times, from multiple sources.)
Prices are based on a per box basis, and if there's a way for us to combine boxes to save you money then we will.
There is a 55 pound maximum per box and a size limit of 62 linear inches.
That is the length + width + height in inches.

Below are the costs per box. The weight is pounds and the charges are US$. If you compare these rates to the US Post you'll see that they are about 30% to 50% cheaper!

Madi
We named it Madi's Remailing Service after my fourth daughter Madi. Madi is
one of the most easy going, obliging and helpful kids I have ever met. We
will all be sitting around the TV at night and someone wants something - "Hey
Madi, would you get me a glass of milk?" "Sure." She will get up and go get
it. With 3 bigger sisters Madi was trained well I guess but she has grown up
and still is like this with anyone who comes to visit - she is just a super
sweet helper type of person. So when we started this service I was trying to
explain how this is like when we go overseas and we have to send stuff to
our folks and have them remail it or to a friend who goes back for a trip - I
realized - it's like having Madi receive and repack items and mail them on to
us - so that's the idea and the way we try to do it for you - like having Madi
right there for you!
