All Deli and Learning Center orders are delivered within 5-7 days of receiving your order. Allow an extra day for public holidays - Hokkaido and Okinawa allow 1 - 2 extra days.

General Store orders are delivered 32-36 days from the order Friday. You will receive an invoice 2 weeks after the order is placed with the status of the items ordered (payments are due a week before delivery). Two weeks after that, your order arrives! Easy!
