PDF Format - FAQ
You will need Adobe Acrobat (version 4 or higher) - already installed on most computers - to view the catalogs. If you don't have it, you can download it from Adobe's Website.
Excel Format - FAQ
After you download the excel files, uncompress them using one of the unzip programs mentioned above. Once this has been done, you can then open the catalogs in Excel. (file > open) Other spreadsheet programs such as Lotus or AppleWorks (ClarisWorks) may also work. You will need an unzip program installed on your computer in order to view the downloadable excel files. Macintosh users should have a program like "Stuffit" to uncompress the downloaded files. Windows users need to have a program such as "Winzip" to view the files. If you don't have any of these "unzip" programs installed on your computer, you can download the software from one of the many download website on the internet, such as CNET.
