Delivery Times
|
Delivery for your order depends on which store you ordered from. Please check the delivery times below for the Deli & Learning Center, and General Store. If you are having trouble receiving your order, you can either fax or email us and we'll contact the delivery company for you. Call us during office hours on 078-857-9001 or contact us here.
Deli and Learning Center Orders:
All Deli and Learning Center orders are delivered within 5 - 7 days of receiving your order. Allow an extra day for public holidays - Hokkaido and Okinawa allow 1 - 2 extra days.
General Store Orders:
General Store orders are delivered 31 - 36 days from the order Friday. You receive an invoice 2 weeks after the order is placed with the status of the items ordered. Two weeks after that, your order arrives! Easy!

Deli and Learning Center Orders:
Basic Shipping Charge: 490 yen
If your order includes COOL items: + 500 yen
If your order includes FROZEN items: + 500 yen
DELI Basic Shipping (of 490 yen) is FREE if order subtotal is over 10,000 yen!!
Hokkaido & Okinawa
Basic Shipping Charge: 490 yen + 300 yen (extra charge for Hokkaido & Okinawa)
If your order includes COOL items: + 800 yen
If your order includes FROZEN items: + 800 yen
If order subtotal is over 10,000 yen, basic Hokkaido & Okinawa shipping charge is 300 yen.
General Store Orders:
If your order is...
Under 10,000 yen: 490 yen
Between 10 - 30,000 yen: 990 yen
Over 30,000 yen: FREE!!
Customs Clearance for ALL orders: 500 yen
Hokkaido: + 500 yen
