Coming by Train:
Take the Rokko Liner from JR Sumiyoshi (or Hanshin Uozaki Station) to Island Center. Exit and turn right, staying on the 2nd level. Turn right again under the "Kobe Fashion Mart" sign and walk straight (about 50m). Cross the pedestrian bridge and turn left, up a couple of stairs. You will then see the sign for FBC. We're up the wooden stairs.
Coming by Car:
Coming off the main bridge onto the island, go straight until the road "T's" and turn right. Turn left at the first set of lights, and left again at the following light. The first Parking sign on the left is for Market scene/Co-op. From the parking lot, take the elevator to the second floor. Walk outside (still on the second level) and follow the path to the right where you'll see the sign for FBC. We're up the wooden stairs.
