2 cups of Shanghai Stir-Fry Vegetables (Thawed out, steamed and chilled (Deli product #20066)
1 cup of Shredded White Cheddar ( 27% Fat content - Deli product #10133)
3 cups of Shredded Iceberg lettuce
1 chopped white OR brown onion
2 teaspoons of Dried Coriander (OR 2 tablespoons of FRESH Coriander)
1.5 - 2 Cups of La Victoria Salsa - Medium (General Store product #100-710) 1 tablespoon of Olive oil (Deli product #30504 - Borges Olive Oil-Extra Virgin is good!!)
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Toss all the ingredients carefully. Mix in olive oil evenly. THEN, distribute the salsa over the dry ingredients - until completely mixed through. Spoon neatly into a serving bowl. Chill until MEAL TIME!
